the location is great. it's really close to the city center mall and also not far from the airport! the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the receptionist, kumar. he even gave me a complimentary stay for a few extra hours because my flight was late at night.

my room had some issues, though i must say. the walls needed a refresh as they looked a bit dirty. the bathroom seemed old and wasn't very clean, i noticed some issues there, too. the shower drain was clogged, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it.

The location was very nice. It's a stone's throw from the shopping mall, a huge plus for some quick shopping. i really appreciated the 24-hour reception because my flight arrived super early. the room decor was simple but so nice, and the bed was comfortable. the silence in the room was amazing!!!

the internet signal wasn't super strong and it sometimes took a while to load things, however it didn't really affect my overall experience.

This hotel offers convenient parking. A huge plus, especially when you are driving. there is also a fantastic little cafe inside, serving really good coffee, and i did appreciate the convenience of the on-site restaurant.

my room was very spacious. the housekeeping kept it Super clean!!! it was really nice to return to such a clean space. the bed and bathroom were particularly excellent, with a great level of comfort.

the hotel has a restaurant and i found room service available, super handy. there is even a nepalese restaurant too, so several good choices for food were available. plus, the cafe offered really good coffee.
